There are pros and cons for both property types, take a look at everything that is
available and then make the choice that best suits your requirements.
Many estate agents will try and push you towards new property, especially off plan
mainly because they make larger commissions from this type of sale.

This is a good idea, If you are buying to live, especially in retirement.
