Property On The Costa Blanca

Trying to find a property in another country can be difficult, time consuming and expensive, as an Independent Property Finding Service we are able to guide you through the process of buying property on the Costa Blanca

We start off by asking you to complete a questionnaire asking you to supply us with a detailed description of the type of property and location that you are looking for; through this we can gain a thorough understanding of your property requirements.

Our service at this stage is to essentially do the running around for you looking at the market place, putting together a portfolio of recommended properties for you to review that will stay as close to your requirements and not exceed your budget.

When you are ready we can arrange an itinerary for you to view the properties in Spain, and will tailor the visit according to your individual requirements and personal circumstances.

We do not provide free or subsidised trips as we do not want to put any pressure on you to buy, we are not here to sell you anything but to help you find your ideal property and lifestyle.

We will give you an itinerary for each viewing day with a brief description of the properties to be seen.

Take you to see the properties, help you evaluate what you see, and relate it to work, transportation, schools, shopping etc.

At no time will we apply any pressure on you to make a decision. In fact if we feel that there is something we are not comfortable with about one of the properties, we will tell you.

Once you have decided on a property, we will submit an offer on your behalf and negotiate the best price, if you want to secure a property you should be prepared to pay a deposit of around 3000€.

Spanish property law can be complicated and it is advisable to have good legal support.

We will be on hand every step of the way and will introduce you to an independent English speaking lawyer who will talk you through the purchase and explain the legal documentation that is required.

The lawyer will act in your best interests and handle all documentation and enquiries to local government departments and services.

We will guide you through the purchase with as much help and advice as you need until you complete on the purchase of your property.

We do not stop working for you once we have found you a new home, after the sale we are happy to assist you in getting your new home ready to live in or rent out, advise you of local services such as supermarkets, restaurants, leisure facilities and local doctors and dentists, remember there is no time limit on our service.
