If we find a property to view with you, you can be sure that a commission is included in that for the estate agent that sells the property.

When we arrange a viewing with the agent, we accompany you to the property to give an outside / independent opinion on the property and its value for money.

If you like the property, and decide to buy it...you WILL pay commission

Our service, time spent with you (on average 4 full days) will not add a single penny or cent to the price of the property.

Because the Estate Agent is in a highly competitive industry, and as we are not tied to one agent or developer I am able to charge the agent a finder’s fee of exactly 50% of their commission for introducing our client (that's you) to them

All that driving around, phone calls, meetings, introductions and paperwork we do is paid for by the estate agent.

It even works for the Estate Agent! because in Spain there are no 'sole agency' agreements, which means the estate agent knows if he doesn't want to work with you and I, we can simply take our business down the road to another agent, so (for the estate agent) half a commission cheque is better than none.
